ZG999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the ZG999 website, mobile application and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). ZG999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a ZG999 account, you must:

Each individual may hold only one ZG999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is prohibited. ZG999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until the verification process is completed.

ZG999 operates a strict age verification process. If there is reasonable suspicion that an account is held by someone under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during this period will be withheld until verification is complete. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, all funds including deposits will be returned to the original payment method and no winnings will be paid.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZG999 login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. ZG999 will never ask for your password via email, phone or live chat.

All activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by a third party or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify ZG999 support immediately. All deposited funds must be your own money. ZG999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, including fraud or money laundering, is strictly prohibited. ZG999 cooperates fully with relevant financial authorities and law enforcement where required.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary depending on the payment method chosen. These limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your ZG999 account instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers.

ZG999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for checking with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made from the cashier section of your ZG999 account once your account has been verified. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. ZG999 reserves the right to use an alternative method if necessary.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all ZG999 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on the ZG999 platform.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on ZG999 are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market in question. General betting rules include the following:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you select them and the time you confirm — the confirmed odds are binding.
• ZG999 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market or for any individual account without providing a reason.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, ZG999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the incorrect price and return the stake to the player's account.
• Bets on live (in-play) markets are accepted subject to the platform's live betting rules. Delays in internet connections may mean that in-play events have already occurred before a bet is confirmed — ZG999 reserves the right to void such bets.

• Void bets are returned as stakes. Settled bets cannot be cancelled or amended after settlement.
• Accumulator bets containing a void selection are re-calculated with that selection removed and the remaining selections form the revised accumulator.

ZG999 monitors betting patterns for signs of suspicious activity, match fixing or integrity violations. Bets placed on manipulated events may be voided regardless of the outcome and ZG999 reserves the right to report such activity to relevant sporting bodies.

8 Live Casino and Slots

All casino games on ZG999 — including live dealer tables, slots and any other casino product — are provided for entertainment purposes. The outcomes of all games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by the physical results of live dealer action. ZG999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available from the game information panel within each game. Live casino table games operate according to the standard rules of the relevant game — Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette and others — which are displayed before each session.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection or game malfunction during a casino session, ZG999's decision on the outcome of affected rounds is final. Any bets in progress at the time of a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. ZG999 is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical issues including internet disconnection.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZG999 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one ZG999 account for any reason.
• Using false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal or unlawful means.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or system glitches — any such exploit must be reported to ZG999 support immediately and any gains from it will be reversed.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other method to disguise your true location or identity.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ZG999 staff or other users.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

ZG999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from:

13 Amendments to These Terms
